At Venti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns
- You may return most items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, email us at ventistore023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ventistore023@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
