Be sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth (front, back, and chewing surfaces), as well as along the gumline.Brushing for at least two minutes to ensure that you're cleaning all areas of your mouth thoroughly.After brushing, rinse your mouth with water to remove the toothpaste and any debris.
